People – The Decisive Factor in the Success or Failure of Digital Transformation in Businesses
Speaking at the event, Mr. Le Trung Thang, Founder & CEO of Viet Nam DX Group, sparked a lively discussion around the topic ‘People – The Center of Digital Transformation’.
During the discussion, Mr. Thang repeatedly emphasized that technology is just a tool, and the human spirit and adaptability are the most unique and important aspects. Therefore, creating an environment suitable for the context of digital transformation will be one of the prerequisites for human development in the current digital revolution.
Citing the successful digital transformation of Rang Dong Company as an example, the CEO of Viet Nam DX Group stated that the factors contributing to this company’s achievements include: Innovation in products and services, which helped the company create value for customers, enabling them to maintain and expand their market share; Using data to predict and adjust production and supply, ensuring products are always available to meet market demand; Building a flexible business model to adapt to market changes, including creating new products and services to meet new customer needs.
Mr. Le Trung Thang also further emphasized that, for businesses, the role of leadership is a decisive factor in the digital transformation process. Leaders must be the ones who guide the adoption of technology and promote innovation within the organization. They must create an environment that fosters creativity and innovation, while also focusing on the customer and employee experience to ensure they feel satisfied and motivated throughout the digital transformation process.
Digitizing Processes and Optimizing Business Operations
Discussing the digitization of processes and optimization of business operations, Mr. Chu Tien Long, Digital Transformation Director at 1Office, stated that the current state of process implementation in businesses shows that while 100% of CxOs (Chairman, CEO, CIO) recognize the importance of processes, 90% of businesses with fewer than 20 employees have no processes. Furthermore, only about 70% of businesses have processes when their workforce exceeds 50 people. Notably, 90% of businesses that have processes have not yet digitized them.
Therefore, 1Office has introduced the 1Office BPM Process solution, which provides several important features, including an intuitive chart-based setup screen that helps users easily digitize any process within the organization.
Additionally, 1Office offers a resource library of process templates, including processes built by experts and those shared by customers. This helps organizations easily use proven process templates.
