Among the 38 “Make in Vietnam” platforms introduced by the Ministry of Information & Communications in the “Tech Friday” event series in 2020, business management (DN) products like 1Office, Base… are the second most discussed online, only after healthcare products. This shows that businesses are becoming more interested in and applying digital transformation.

Over the past year, the 38 platforms participating in the “Tech Friday” program spanned many fields, including online training, online conferencing, cloud computing, AI technology, health consulting, medical examination and treatment, business management, and a postal code platform.

In July 2020, the Covid-19 outbreak in Da Nang led to an explosion of news related to the “Make in Vietnam” application Bluezone.

Recently, Reputa, a reputation listening and monitoring system for businesses, has released a report on the media effectiveness of the 38 “Make in Vietnam” digital technology platforms introduced in the “Tech Friday” program from March 15, 2020, to March 15, 2021. This report divided the platforms into 5 main fields, including: Information Security, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Business Management, and Healthcare.

Bluezone is the most mentioned application

According to Reputa’s report, the time when “Make in Vietnam” applications were mentioned the most was at the end of July 2020, when the Covid-19 outbreak exploded in Da Nang with the Bluezone product. “The government called for and encouraged people to install Bluezone for health declarations and to update the pandemic situation, leading to a sharp, sudden increase in discussions about Bluezone. Major network operators (Viettel, VinaPhone, MobiFone) joined hands to send messages to the public, offering free data for installing Bluezone,” the report stated.

Bluezone is the “Make in Vietnam” application that received the most interest and discussion.
