Upgrade: Added an Attachment section to the Result Evaluation popup
Purpose
This feature helps you provide clearer supporting documents and information during the task result evaluation process.
Change Details
Added an Attachment section to the Result Evaluation popup for tasks with a “Completed” status.
2. Internal Network
2.1. Upgrade: Added a feature to upload and watch videos.
Purpose
Helps convey information more vividly and visually, increasing interaction and employee engagement.
Change Details
In addition to uploading photos and files, you can now upload videos to the newsfeed, company wall, or personal wall.

2.2. Upgrade: Added a new post approval feature.
Purpose
This feature helps you ensure that content on the company wall complies with regulations, control information quality, and prevent inappropriate content.
Change Details
In the Topic Management section, an “Approval Required Topic” field has been added to the “Create New Topic” or “Edit Topic” popup. When “Approval Required Topic” is selected, the system will display an “Approver List” field, allowing you to select users who have permission to approve posts related to this topic.
2.3. Upgrade: Added a Post Interaction Measurement Report feature.
Purpose
This feature provides data to analyze the effectiveness of posts, allowing you to evaluate interaction levels and adjust content to optimize internal communication.
Change Details
On the Company Wall, a “Post Interaction Measurement Report” feature has been added to the “Reports” section.
2.4. Upgrade: Added a feature to select priority groups.
Purpose
This feature allows your priority groups to be displayed at the top of the list.
Change Details
Added a “Prioritize” feature in the group management section, which moves prioritized groups to the top of the list and marks them with a gold star icon on their avatar.
HRM MODULE
1. Timekeeping / Payroll
Upgrade: Added a feature to display department levels from the organizational chart in timesheets and payrolls.
Purpose
This feature helps businesses with multiple department levels easily manage, track, and reconcile timekeeping and payroll data for each organizational level clearly and accurately.
Change Details
Added department levels when selecting Column/Cell Name in the Month (MONTH) table within the Timekeeping Formula
Added department levels when selecting Column Value in Create New Payslip Type
2. Human Resources
Upgrade: Added view permissions in “Permission to view salary and allowance information in Employee Records.”
Purpose
This feature allows personnel to view salary and allowance information in employee records (HSNS) without needing management permissions. This helps mitigate the risk of management permissions allowing the creation of new records and accounts, which can lead to difficulty in controlling all personnel within the company.

Added “View All,” “View Company,” “View Branch,” and “View Department” permissions in the “Permission to view salary and allowance information in Employee Records” section
3. Requests
Upgrade: Added “Maximum overtime hours an employee is allowed to work per day/week” setting
Purpose
This additional setting helps you limit the maximum number of overtime hours an employee is allowed to work per day or week, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Change Details
Added 2 new settings: “Maximum overtime hours an employee is allowed to work per day” and “Maximum overtime hours an employee is allowed to work per week” in the overtime request settings.
CRM MODULE
1. Customers
Upgrade: Added a feature to filter by multiple Labels simultaneously.
Purpose
This feature helps you easily search and classify customers based on the conditions of multiple labels at the same time, optimizing data management and analysis.
Change Details
Added an “and” condition to the contact list search criteria by Label in the advanced filter.
SYSTEM SETTINGS
1. Automation
1.1. Upgrade: Added “Total hours” condition in the approval process settings for overtime requests.
Purpose
This condition setting helps you control the total overtime hours of an employee when creating a request. If the total hours do not meet the condition, the request will automatically be changed to the “Not Approved” status.
Change Details
Added “Total hours” condition to the overtime request approval process. 1.2. Upgrade: Feature to configure a cover page for digital signing profiles in a workflow
Purpose: Helps make digital signing profiles more professional, reliable, and easier to search for information. Change Details: When configuring the Signing Profile node in a Workflow Template, you can select a file to be the cover page for the files in the profile.
This cover page allows you to configure information such as the signer, signing details, or information retrieved from variables (vars) of other nodes in the workflow.
When the workflow runs, the cover page will be automatically prepended to the files in the profile.
Each time the workflow passes through a digital signing node, the system will automatically populate the cover page with values based on the configured information (vars).
2. System
Upgrade: Added Legal Representative, Position, Phone Number, and Fax fields inCreate New Department.
Purpose
Adding these fields helps automatically populate the legal representative’s information, position, phone number, and fax for each branch into employment contracts, reducing the number of forms needed and simplifying management.

3. Customization
Upgrade: Added “Display Only” setting for the “Department” field type
Purpose
Upgraded the display settings for the “Department” field by department level, ensuring it is only visible to the appropriate groups. This allows you to filter personnel by Department Level in related modules such as: Employee Profiles, Timekeeping, and Payroll.
Change Details
In the Department field type, a “Display Only” setting has been added to enable the display of this field in Employee Profiles and allow the selection of a Department Level.
