Military Bank integrates services into 1Office

Military Bank integrates services into 1Office. This is a collaborative product between 1Office and Military Bank (MB), offering customers an excellent experience with 1Office integrated with e-banking.

With the e-banking service provided by Military Bank (MB), businesses using 1Office’s services can not only comprehensively manage HR tasks (recruitment, evaluation, timekeeping, and payroll…), but also pay salaries without needing to visit bank branches.

With the payroll function, businesses can pay thousands of employees through 1Office in just one minute, eliminating the need to go to the bank for transfers and reducing costs compared to traditional payroll packages. MB stated that businesses will receive the MB payroll service on 1Office free of charge. A bank representative said this helps businesses save human resources and overall business management costs.

Additionally, employees of companies using the payroll service through their 1Office account are granted a credit limit immediately after one month of receiving their salary, with a loan interest rate reduction of up to 3% per year. They can also use the automatic phone top-up feature during promotional days and receive personal social security insurance benefits.

Furthermore, MB announced that user accounts will have all eMB fees waived for the first year, free ATM card issuance, and the first two on-us and off-us ATM withdrawal transactions of the month will be free of charge.

1Office is the first HR and timekeeping management software in Vietnam that allows customers to perform HR management tasks (timekeeping management, leave tracking, payroll calculation, performance management…) and utilize financial/banking features provided by MB.
Developed since 2011, 1Office is not only a solution that meets the needs of comprehensive business management for small and medium-sized enterprises on a cloud computing platform, but it is also an online working environment for businesses on the Internet.

Mr. Le Viet Thang, CEO of Workway, said that about 500 businesses are currently using 1Office. Many units such as Dai Viet Beer, MediaMart, the DidongViet store chain, and the e-commerce platform Haravan. The usage fee is calculated per employee, ranging from 20,000 VND to 50,000 VND per month for different types of services.
