The 1Office Product Development team is pleased to announce the update of two new features to help you optimize your work efficiency. The new features include:
- Addition of a sample widget library and widget customization on the Userhome: Allows you to display important data on the Userhome screen for easier tracking and more effective work management.
- Provision of more display layouts: Provides flexibility in setting up the Userhome screen layout to suit individual user needs.
- Optimized notification settings: Simplifies the setup process, allowing you to easily enable/disable necessary notifications.
Note: The two features, “Addition of widget library and layouts for the Userhome screen,” are still undergoing internal testing by 1Office. Once finalized and stable, these features will be officially rolled out to all customers. (plan updated on 12/11/2024)

Upgrade details include:
1. Addition of more layout options on the Userhome screen
Purpose of the upgrade: To provide more layout choices, helping users easily customize and optimize their workspace on the Userhome screen according to their individual needs.
Steps to implement:
Step 1: Users access the Userhome screen and click the Edit button to enter screen editing mode.
Step 2: Click the Layout icon to open a list of available layout styles or customize according to personal needs
Step 3: After selecting a layout, users can drag and drop widgets (e.g., charts, calendars, task lists) into the designated areas of the chosen layout, arranging them as desired to optimize the workspace.
2. Addition of a sample widget library and widget customization to display important data on the Userhome.
Purpose of the upgrade: To provide sample widgets and allow for flexible widget customization, helping users easily display and track important data directly on the Userhome screen.
Steps to implement:
2.1. Sample Widget Library
When in Userhome editing mode, users will see the sample widget library displayed as a list of pre-configured widgets, including:
– Metric widgets: display key figures such as revenue, traffic, KPIs, etc.
– Chart widgets: bar, line, and pie charts to represent trends or statistical data.
– List/summary widgets: display task lists, upcoming events, and ongoing projects.
Users can simply drag and drop widgets from the library to their desired position on the Userhome screen to use them.
2.2. Widget Customization
If not using the sample library, users can select the Configure Widget tab and proceed with the following:
– Select widget type: Choose the display style (metric, chart, list, etc.).
– Select object: Choose the data to display (tasks, KPIs, sales figures, sales/purchase orders, etc.).
– Set conditions: Add filters such as time period, department, status, assignee, follower, etc.
These options help personalize the data displayed on the Userhome.
3. Optimized notification settings for easier configuration.
Purpose of the upgrade: To simplify the notification setup process by making settings more accessible and optimizing actions, allowing users to quickly enable/disable and customize notifications, thereby enhancing the user experience.
Steps to implement:
3.1. Display frequently used actions: In the notification popup, commonly used notification actions are brought to the forefront, allowing users to act faster.
3.2. Added notification search filter: A filter has been added to help users easily search for old notifications.
3.3. Optimized notification settings:
– General settings: Allows users to set the notification display position, send notifications via email, and set a do-not-disturb period.
– Disable notifications: Users can select the objects and actions for which they want to disable notifications (by default, the system enables notifications for all objects).
