In July 2024, the 1Office Product Development Team has upgraded the following features:

1. Employee Profiles

Upgrade: Added a function to view employee profiles directly in the employee information popup when hovering over the avatar.
 
Purpose
 
To help you quickly access an employee’s profile.
Change Details
Added a “View Profile” action to the employee information popup  when hovering over the avatar.

2. Customers

Upgrade: Added a “Last Contact” column to the Partner List screen.
 
Purpose
 
To help you see the last contact date with a partner directly on the list screen.
Change Details
On the Partner list/detail screen, we have added a “Last Contact” field. When you perform a “Contact Partner” action, the “Last Contact” field will be updated with the time of the most recent contact.

3. System Emails 

Upgrade:
  • Bilingual English/Vietnamese versions for system emails
  • Updated to a more modern interface for system emails
Purpose
 
The purpose of this upgrade is to provide a more flexible user experience by supporting bilingual English/Vietnamese and improving the aesthetic and professional look of system emails.
 
Change Details
 
The email will be sent in the language that the sender’s account is currently using.
  • If the sender’s account is using Vietnamese, the email will be sent in Vietnamese.
  • If the sender’s account is using English, the email will be sent in English.
Example: If an admin account is using English and sends a password change email to an employee, that employee will receive the email in English.

4. Tasks

4.1 List Screen

Upgrade: Added a Discussion column to the list screen for tasks, processes, and projects.
 
Purpose
 
To allow a quick view of the last comment on a task directly from the task, process, and project list screen.

Added a discussion column to the task, process, and project list screen to display the last comments.

4.2 Process Tasks

4.2.1 Condition Node

Upgrade: Allowed the Condition node to select conditions from information fields in the form builder.
Purpose
 
To help you select conditions from information fields in the form builder, increasing flexibility in setting up conditions.
Change details
Example: 
At Action node #6, create a form builder with the following information fields: Amount, Purchase Date, Requester…

4.2.2 Confirmation Node 

Upgrade: Confirmation node interface and features
 
Purpose
 
Enhance the user experience with a full range of necessary and intelligent functions, meeting the essential needs for using the Confirmation node.

4.2.2.1. Two types of confirmation methods: 
 
– Confirmation via notification: Send a confirmation directly to the notification box in the 1Office system

4.2.2.2. Feature: Require all selected individuals to confirm 
 
Previously, the Confirmation node was considered successful if just one of the selected individuals confirmed. However, this did not ensure accuracy and transparency. Therefore, we have upgraded the conditions for a successful confirmation node.
 
– If you select this setting, you will require all selected individuals to confirm, or a certain % of selected individuals to agree, for the confirmation node to proceed successfully
– If you do not select this setting, only one of the selected individuals needs to confirm

4.2.2.3. Feature: Attach files when sending a Confirmation node 
 
You can attach files from previous nodes or upload new attachments to send to the approvers

If you check this feature, the approvers will be able to see the activity history of the entire workflow task from the beginning up to the Confirmation node
