[1OFFICE] ANNOUNCING THE LATEST GPS FEATURE UPDATE ON MOBILE DEVICES

Dear valued customers,

1Office would like to announce the latest update for the GPS feature on mobile devices with the following details.

I. UPGRADE CONTENT

1. Completely fixed bugs from the previous version:

GPS not updating in real-time
Blank screen error when the app is left in the system tray for too long.
2. Ensures more accurate timekeeping locations

II. UPGRADE SCHEDULE

Estimated upgrade time: 12:00 PM, March 20, 2024

III. USER GUIDE

To use the latest GPS version, please go to the app store and download or update the 1Office software to the new versions as follows:

CH Play (Android) – Version 1.6.1
App Store (iOS) – Version 1.6.0
Note:

If you have not yet authenticated your device, please submit an authentication request to use the GPS Timekeeping feature.
To perform GPS timekeeping, you need to grant Location access permission to the 1Office application.

GUIDE TO GPS TIMEKEEPING

Step 1: Authenticate device

Step 2: Go to Personal Page > Select GPS Timekeeping

Step 3: Select Clock in by location

Step 4: Update

After successfully clocking in with GPS, the mobile screen will display as follows:

Note: The feature update process is performed periodically and will not affect customer data. After the specified time, the system will resume normal operations. We kindly ask our customers to take note of the update schedule to avoid any disruption to your business operations.
