This past afternoon of February 28th, the “Knowledge Spring Festival” event took place at the 1Academy institute, part of 1Office JSC, with the participation of a large community of HR professionals and business managers. The event provided a joyful, warm, and knowledge-filled atmosphere, creating an opportunity for everyone to enjoy a spring outing, connect, and share professional knowledge and experiences.
The “Spring Outing” activity at the event brought a vibrant and exciting atmosphere, where everyone participated in traditional folk games, asked for calligraphy for the new year, had their career horoscopes read, and visited the book booth from Alpha Books featuring high-quality titles.
During the main activity of this Spring Festival, participants listened to highly practical and useful insights from speakers at the workshop: “A New, Streamlined, and Optimized HR Management Model for Businesses.”
In the first session, business owners, HRMs, and the HR community were introduced to a new HR management model for the current economic climate—the “Hybrid HR” model, presented by speaker Nguyen Thanh Phuong, CEO of 1Academy. The most prominent feature of this model is the shift from “Internal Services” to “Fully Outsourced Services” or “Partially Outsourced Services” with maximum technology application. Additionally, speaker Thanh Phuong shared about the 1HRP solution, researched and developed by 1Academy. The 1HRP product suite provides businesses with a comprehensive set of Policies, Regulations, Processes, and Forms for HR management. It helps SMEs establish a modern, streamlined, and suitable HR management foundation from a small scale, creating a basis for sustainable, long-term development with outstanding features. Additionally, speaker Pham Minh Phong – Head of Digital Transformation at 1Office, also shared methods for applying technology to create a transparent, objective, and convenient digital workspace for managing and optimizing organizational resources. In particular, the 1Office software helps digitize the 1HRP solution, providing businesses with a ready-made toolkit of modern technology that is easy to apply, turning management information and data into a valuable resource for making critical business decisions.
In the following session, participants listened to insights from speaker Le Hong Phuc – Chairman of VNHR (Vietnam Human Resources Association) and learned more about Vietnam’s leading reputable HR organization, VNHR. Speaker Le Hong Phuc also presented a very impressive perspective on CEO, suggesting it stands for “Chief Everything Officer.” According to the speaker, unlike other long-established fields with clear standards like Finance, the HR industry empowers practitioners to build, operate, and execute policies and strategies without any set limits. Therefore, HR professionals need a growth mindset, must enhance their own capabilities, and find organizations that match their skills. Because every business has different characteristics, HR professionals always need flexibility and creativity to solve the organization’s challenges.
The speakers and attendees had a very lively discussion session on new HR Management trends and took away new knowledge about modern, professional HR Management.
