[1OFFICE] ANNOUNCEMENT: Q4 2023 PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT PLAN
Dear Valued Customers,
1Office would like to sincerely thank you for your trust and for using our services. With the desire to improve product quality and provide you with a better experience, we are constantly researching and developing new features. Below, 1Office would like to introduce an overview of the features planned for Q4/2023.
The plan includes the following content:
1HRM
- Update the online insurance declaration feature via the I-VAN Social Insurance portal. Businesses can declare and track their electronic social insurance records directly on 1Office instead of having to purchase separate declaration software.
- Update the new formula system for timekeeping. The timesheet will be easier to set up, with shorter formulas and faster calculations. There will no longer be a need to change formulas when department or position data changes.
1Chat
- Update to a new, more optimized and smoother version in terms of interface. Introduce many new utilities such as: creating polls, creating calendars, a quick messaging system, and quick options for users to interact and assign tasks with data from 1Office.
- Integrate calling and meeting features.
1Sign
- Completely upgrade the interface of the digital signature application along with many other utilities: a new signature design tool, summary statistics, allowing discussions on files/folders, etc.
1BPA
- Update the new approval process feature, which can be customized and has a more user-friendly interface, similar to the BPA setup interface.
- Allow setting up approval processes and smart alerts directly in the application settings instead of having to go into the BPA application as is currently required.
1Office
- Update the reconciliation interface, custom fields, and the app market system for businesses to easily install applications suitable for their organization.
- Upgrade technology, security, and system optimization. Resolve performance issues for clients with extremely large amounts of data.
