1Office partners with the Department of Industry and Trade and the Department of Information and Communications to support the digital transformation of 1000 businesses in Binh Duong province

At the “Promoting Digital Transformation Models for Businesses in the Industry and Trade Sector 2023” conference, 1Office officially partnered with the Department of Industry and Trade and the Department of Information & Communications on the DX100 project – Accompanying 1000 businesses in comprehensive digital transformation. Under the agreement, 1Office will provide a one-year free subscription to the 1Office software for 1000 businesses in Binh Duong province.

On the morning of November 17, 2023, the “Promoting Digital Transformation Models for Businesses in the Industry and Trade Sector 2023” conference, organized by the Department of Industry and Trade in coordination with the Binh Duong Department of Information & Communications, took place at the Provincial Convention and Exhibition Center. The conference was chaired by: Mr. Tran Minh Tuan – Director of the Department of Digital Economy and Digital Society (Ministry of Information & Communications); Mr. Nguyen Thanh Toan – Director of the Department of Industry and Trade; and Mr. Le Tuan Anh – Director of the Department of Information & Communications. Additionally, the event was attended by leaders from various departments, agencies, universities, businesses, and industry associations in the province.

The event aimed to promote the digital economy and digital society, and to enhance the application of information technology in management, production, and connectivity among agencies, units, businesses, and citizens. In his opening speech, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Toan – Director of the Department of Industry and Trade, emphasized that digital transformation is a crucial trend and a significant driving force for the development of each business and unit in particular, and society in general.

At the conference, the Director of the Department of Digital Economy and Digital Society proposed solutions for business digital transformation, tailored to specific industries and sectors to suit the unique conditions of businesses in the Province. Among these, the 1Office software was recommended as a leading comprehensive business management solution, and businesses were encouraged to adopt it for their operational management.

Attending the conference, Mr. Dang Van Ky – Co-founder & Director of 1Office Southern Region, introduced the DX100 program – offering a one-year free subscription to the 1Office software. This is a significant, high-value promotional program that 1Office is offering to 1000 businesses in Binh Duong province. 1Office hopes this project will facilitate the province’s businesses to confidently implement digital transformation in the new era. Through this, businesses can achieve optimal operational management, contributing to revenue breakthroughs and enhancing their competitive advantages and capabilities.

The event marks a significant step forward in the long-term partnership between 1Office and Binh Duong province, focusing on promoting the development of the digital economy and digital society. Accordingly, the Department will promote the software to businesses in the area, encouraging them to register and use it for management, thereby contributing to the acceleration of local digital transformation.

With the approval of the Department of Information & Communications, 1Office will coordinate with the People’s Committees of districts, towns, and cities to study materials and collaborate to widely disseminate this project. In parallel, 1Office is committed to accompanying local businesses in accessing and understanding the application of digital technology for optimizing operations and management, creating an effective digital workspace within enterprises.

Notably, the SME Digital Transformation Support Committee, expected to launch in December, is one of the outcomes of this conference. The decision to establish the Digital Transformation Committee demonstrates the determination and commitment of the Party Committee and leaders of Binh Duong province in focusing on accompanying local businesses in their comprehensive digital transformation. All of this creates favorable conditions for businesses to confidently implement plans to build digital enterprises and expand the development of the digital economy and digital society alongside the province.
