Upgrade details:
Relocating the Digital Signature module
- The Digital Signature module has been moved from System Settings to the user’s Personal Page
In the digital signature list screen, 2 new fields have been added: Digital Signature Type, Status
- Digital Signature Type: Public, Internal Use
- Status: Active, Not Supported (Signature not yet integrated into the system)
Actions in the signature list screen
- Allow setting a default signature: Only signatures with “Active” status can be set as default
- Allow sharing of Public signatures (does not apply to signatures shared by others)
- In the Signature Configuration screen: Auto-save; Edit signature; Download signature
Create a digital signature
- Public signature: a signature created by the user through providers integrated into the system (BKAV + Viettel)
- Internal use signature: an internal signature created by an admin for internal users: Allows creating internal digital signatures in System Settings > System > User Accounts
Signing labor contracts
- Allows signing for multiple employees at the same time
Note:
The feature update process is performed periodically and will not affect customer data in any way. After the specified time, the system will resume normal operations. We kindly ask that you take note of the update schedule to avoid any interruption to your business operations.
