[1Office] Dashboard Upgrade Announcement

1Office sincerely thanks our Valued Customers for trusting and using our services over the past time.

With the desire to improve product quality and provide a better experience for our customers, we are constantly researching and developing new features. In this upgrade, 1Office is updating the Dashboard feature.

Dashboard features:

– Assign permissions for users to create new Dashboards

– Allows creating System Dashboards: can be shared with other users

– Allows creating Personal Dashboards: cannot be shared with other users. (Leave the Dashboard type blank when creating a new one to create a Personal Dashboard)

– Displays 2 sections: Your Dashboards and Shared Dashboards

– System Dashboard display for managers: Can view all System Dashboards and share them with others

– Allows managers to share Dashboards with departments and users: Shared users only have permission to view that Dashboard (Editing/deleting shared Dashboards is not allowed)

– Allows managers to select Widget Data:

        + By creator: Data of all widgets in the Dashboard will be displayed according to the Dashboard creator

        + By widget: Data of each widget in the Dashboard will be displayed according to the settings of the Dashboard creator
