1OFFICE x VPBANK: STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP – CREATING A COMPREHENSIVE DIGITAL FINANCIAL ECOSYSTEM
On the morning of April 23, 2025, the Signing Ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between 1Office Joint Stock Company and Vietnam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank (VPBank) officially took place, marking an important milestone in the strategy to develop a comprehensive digital financial ecosystem for businesses.
The collaboration was formed based on a “meeting of minds” in the strategic vision of both units. In this, 1Office aims to build an ecosystem integrating Digital Finance solutions directly on its software, further affirming its role as a total enterprise management platform.
As for VPBank, the bank is focusing on developing towards a “comprehensive digital banking application,” meeting all the needs of individuals and businesses.
With a spirit of companionship and synergy, the two units aim to synchronously deploy financial solutions right on the 1Office Banking Service portal. Accordingly, 1Office will implement:
◾Providing capital for salary advance activities, supporting flexible cash flow for businesses.
◾Providing end-to-end loan packages for both employees and businesses.
◾Integrating payment, collection, and payment-on-behalf services directly within the 1Office ecosystem.
◾In addition, 1Office licenses will also be integrated by VPBank into its care and support program for SME businesses as a special benefit.
In return, VPBank will deploy a series of financial solutions exclusively for 1Office users: issuing corporate and personal credit cards, providing insurance products, flexible salary advance services, and attractive cashback programs when paying for 1Office services via VPBank cards. At the same time, VPBank will integrate modern payment solutions such as POS, Tap2Phone, and electronic payment gateways into the 1Office transaction system, providing a fast and convenient payment experience.
The partnership signing ceremony not only marks an important milestone in the strategic direction of 1Office and VPBank, but also opens up a long-term journey – where technology and financial solutions go hand in hand to create breakthrough value for businesses.
