1Office sincerely thanks you for your continued trust and partnership. To enhance product quality and optimize the user experience, 1Office is constantly striving to research and develop new features, aiming to provide our customers with the most intelligent and effective management tools.
After a period of research and development, we are officially launching 2 new features for the 1Assistant Virtual Assistant – your smart companion when using 1Office, making data mining and analysis more effective and easier.
1. Upgrade Time

📍 Scope: The entire 1Office software system.
2. New 1Assistant Features
- Intelligent Data Q&A: Users can directly ask the AI assistant for information on the system, such as task lists, requests, digital signing documents, etc., and receive quick answers.
- Data Statistics with Charts: The AI assistant can help summarize and visualize data with dynamic charts, making it easy for users to track and analyze information. In parallel, 1Office is also continuing to upgrade its intelligent report interpretation to provide an optimal management experience for customers.
In the next phase of our development roadmap, on 18/04/2025, 1Office will launch an additional feature that allows customers to create their own chatbots. Customers can attach their own data sources (e.g., internal documents, URLs, etc.) to train the chatbot. When in use, the chatbot will respond based on the provided data, helping businesses easily build an automated Q&A system tailored to the specific information and usage needs of each company.
3. Benefits and Usage Notes
1Assistant is designed to help users work smarter and more efficiently through the following key advantages:
- Reduces time spent on manual information lookups within the system
- Assists in summarizing and presenting information visually
- Enhances data analysis capabilities through charts
- Flexible communication and interaction using natural language
- Provides intelligent responses based on context and user needs
Note: The data retrieved by the 1Assistant Virtual Assistant will be limited according to the user’s permissions, ensuring security and privacy.
4. How to Use the 1Assistant Virtual Assistant
To ask 1Assistant a question, please follow these 3 simple steps:
- Access 1Chat in the 1Office software.
- In the search bar, type the chatbot’s name: “1Assistant”.
- Ask a question and receive an immediate response from 1Assistant.
Examples of questions you can ask the chatbot:
- How many leave requests have I submitted this month?
- List the current tasks I need to complete.
- Report all my tasks for March using a chart.
