On January 6, 2024, at the 1Academy Hall, the CORE HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY 2024 event officially took place. The event brought together over 100+ CEOs, HR directors, managers, and leading HR experts.
The event was organized by 1Office Joint Stock Company, Build Talents Company, and VHRS Joint Stock Company. The workshop was a place to impart knowledge, exchange value, and share experiences among HRMs, CEOs, and Managers, helping businesses evaluate personnel transparently, easily, and scientifically. The event provided businesses with a comprehensive perspective on personnel evaluation through 3 main topics:

- Executing the Core Personnel Development Strategy: Breaking Barriers to Success
The workshop opened with a highly valuable presentation from Ms. Rosie Dao Hanh Giang – CEO of Build Talents. Defining the profile of core personnel was a special topic shared by the CEO of Build Talents. Here, Ms. Dao Hanh Giang emphasized the role of HR and leadership in the strategy of building a core workforce, helping many CEOs and HRMs understand their importance in the company’s overall human resource development strategy.
After the guests gained a clear understanding of the profile of core personnel in a business, Ms. Yen Luong – CEO of VHRS, with 15 years of experience in human resource management, helped CEOs and HRMs answer the question, “Which strategy to develop the core personnel team in 2024?”. Ms. Yen Luong’s sharing was well-received and sparked discussion among many of the attending guests.
The Panel Discussion was a special session featuring a Q&A with the three speakers: Ms. Dao Hanh Giang, Ms. Yen Luong, and Ms. Hoang Bich Ngoc. Here, numerous questions from CEOs and HRMs related to human resource management, personnel training, and core personnel development were answered. This was undoubtedly an invaluable time, providing great value and helping guests correctly understand core personnel, thereby enabling them to build strong team strategies.
At the end of the speakers’ sharing session, valuable gifts were awarded to lucky guests.
