A LOOK BACK AT THE MEMORABLE MOMENTS FROM THE WORKSHOP: “PROCESS AUTOMATION – THE BACKBONE OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION”
On the morning of November 28, 2023, the workshop: “Process Automation – The Backbone of Digital Transformation” was held with the participation of over 100 guests, both in-person and on online platforms.
“Process Automation – The Backbone of Digital Transformation” was organized by 1Office Joint Stock Company, with venue sponsorship from 1Academy Institute and companionship from HRM Academy Management Institute and KISATO GROUP. The workshop provided a networking space with valuable content ranging from theory to practice, receiving significant interest, enthusiastic response, and lively discussion from the participating guests. The workshop consisted of 3 main sessions:

◼ Session 3: Experience in implementing practical processes in a business

Kicking off the first session of the workshop, Mr. Phan Son shared insights on modern management mindset and technology for standardizing business administration. The Chairman & Chief Expert of HRD ACADEMY Management Institute particularly emphasized the role of technology and the CEO’s digital transformation mindset in applying technology to the system. Accordingly, Mr. Son affirmed: “For a successful digital transformation, transforming leadership capabilities is key. Managers need to have a digital mindset first, then they can digitally transform”.
Following speaker Phan Son’s sharing, Mr. Le Viet Thang – Founder & CEO of 1Office pointed out the problems most businesses face when implementing processes. Speaking on this, the BPM operational optimization process was mentioned by Mr. Thang. According to Mr. Thang, BPM is a process familiar to many businesses but has limitations in automation and the application of technology to digitize fixed tasks and processes. At the workshop, Mr. Luong shared about the “digital” mindset successfully applied in KISATO’s operations, how his company applies process automation in practical project implementation as well as in expanding business development. Mr. Luong also shared candidly: “Documents are assets, and the vast data from digitalization opens up new business models, the latest being the “Waterfall” business model that KISATO is implementing. Thanks to BPA, the company has been able to move faster and create more models”.
The 3 speakers brought insights ranging from: Mindset and tools to a real-world case study of process digitalization, which in turn received many questions and interest from the CEOs/Managers attending the event.
