1Office sincerely thanks you for your trust and for using our services. With the desire to improve product quality and provide you with a better experience, we are constantly researching and developing new features. In this upgrade, we are launching the Goal Management feature under the KPI module

Introduction to Goal Management:

  • The person in charge of the KR will report on the child key result periodically
  • Evaluation criteria: The higher, the better (e.g., The higher the sales, the better) and The lower, the better (e.g., The lower the debt-to-equity ratio, the better)
  • Reporting frequency: Daily, weekly (from Monday to Saturday), on the first day of each month, and on the last day of each month
  • Starting point: The current achieved result
  • Target: The goal to be achieved in the future

  3. Track the plan and report key results

  • The reporting plan helps the reporter easily track the target and the value to be achieved for each designated day. 
  • The person in charge of reporting can change the frequency and edit the content of the reporting plan to suit their needs. 
  • The new person in charge has the right to report on the child key result and update its status. The report status includes 5 types
  1. Not started
  2. On track
  3. At risk
  4. Off track
  5. Completed
  6. Archived
  • The report date only displays the most recent date or the next reporting date
  • On the child key result details screen, users can track the target’s progress via the Result Report line chart. Figures for the plan, achieved results, set targets, etc., are all displayed clearly and transparently.
  • The report history shows the progress toward achieving the target and the percentage by which the completion rate has increased or decreased
