At the panel discussion, Mr. Le Viet Thang – Founder and CEO of 1Office, and Mr. Nguyen Canh Thuc – CTO of Ahamove, shared valuable insights during the dialogue “Digital Transformation Experience for Businesses: Efficiency & Growth“. Mr. Le Viet Thang emphasized: “What businesses lack most in process formalization is the tool to digitize the processes.” The CEO understands all the recruitment, sales, marketing, etc., processes, but lacks the tools to systematize them for effective overall management and to help personnel clearly understand their role in the workflow.
Ultimately, the goal of investing in digital transformation is to make production, business, and consumption operations more efficient. The measure that determines the success or failure of this goal is the result of data measurement, evaluating the effectiveness of digital transformation through the number of orders, level of support, customer experience, revenue, and business growth. Therefore, Mr. Le Viet Thang believes: “The top priority of digital transformation is knowing which data is important to the industry to focus on measuring and leveraging the data obtained.”
