1Office Partners with the Bac Ninh Industrial Zones’ Trade Union to Promote Digital Transformation in Enterprises

On October 15th, in Bac Ninh, 1Office and the Provincial Industrial Parks’ Trade Union signed a cooperation agreement to promote digital transformation in businesses and increase welfare for union members and employees.

This activity was part of a program organized by the Bac Ninh Industrial Parks’ Trade Union to meet and present gifts to female workers in difficult circumstances and to the children of workers who overcame hardship to excel in the 2021-2022 school year.

According to the cooperation agreement, 1Office will accompany and support the Bac Ninh Industrial Parks’ Trade Union in developing programs and action plans to implement the Provincial Digital Transformation Resolution; organizing training programs on digital transformation; and advising on methods for organizing competitions and activities for affiliated grassroots unions, aiming to enhance management and operational efficiency and achieve comprehensive digital transformation in businesses.

With this strategic partnership, businesses under the Provincial Trade Union will have the opportunity to get closer to digital technology, thereby implementing transformation based on a suitable platform, full awareness, and a reasonable implementation process. At the same time, it opens up expectations for improving the business investment environment of Bac Ninh province, turning the province into a “nucleus” of the National Digital Transformation process. 

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Chu Tien Long, Business Director of 1Office, emphasized the role of businesses in local digital transformation. He also affirmed that with its advanced technology platform, experienced team of experts, and extensive implementation capabilities, 1Office is committed to partnering with businesses under the Bac Ninh Provincial Industrial Parks’ Trade Union to overcome all challenges for successful digitalization.

Also within the framework of the event, 1Office presented 400 special gifts to female workers in difficult circumstances and to the children of workers who overcame hardship to excel in the 2021-2022 school year. Through these practical gifts, 1Office has demonstrated its role as a business that always cares for the lives of its employees and is responsible to the community and society.
