1Office launches a business process automation product
This past June 7th and 9th, the launch event for the 1Office Business Process Automation (BPA) product was successfully held at the InterContinental Hanoi Landmark 72 hotel and the Gem Center convention center in Ho Chi Minh City.

The 1Office BPA launch was attended by over 1,200 CEOs, senior managers, business owners, and C-level executives, and attracted the attention of 800,000 people nationwide. All shared a special interest in digital transformation and the trend of business automation.
At the launch ceremony, Mr. Le Viet Thang, CEO of 1Office, introduced the BPM standard management process with 5 main steps: Design, Model, Execute, Monitor, and Optimize. Meanwhile, 50% of them report facing difficulties with processes, and up to 70% of businesses that hire ISO consultants fail within 6 months.
The figures above partly reflect the importance of business process automation. A business that cannot implement processes will face situations where employees forget or miss tasks and departments coordinate poorly, while leadership levels cannot track implementation progress, leading to operational bottlenecks.
