When embarking on the Digital Transformation Warrior Training Project, 1Office identified it as one of the key projects for 2022. The goal is to train young people from Gen Z to become digital transformation warriors – potential consultants for a market thirsty for quality human resources. In addition to learning specialized knowledge about business digital transformation, course participants will also be trained in skills such as communication, teamwork, customer consulting, and more. It is guaranteed that after completing the course, trainees will have all the necessary skills to consult with clients, be confident in their future career path, and have the opportunity for unlimited high income from a young age. Digital transformation is a trend among Vietnamese businesses, which means this is a market with great potential to tap into. Gen Z digital transformation consultants will bring youthful energy, creativity, and a continuous learning mindset, along with a knowledge base that has been cultivated and honed over time, making them promising talents for this industry in the future. 

With this first project of 2022, 1Office demonstrates its determination and dedication to training the next generation of quality consultants by inviting renowned experts from the market, working in large corporations and enterprises like Vinsmart, BRG, Canifa, etc., to co-teach alongside 1Office’s leading experts – individuals with many years of experience & deep understanding of business digital transformation. The 100 candidates selected through application and interview rounds will learn directly at the 1Office office and receive special support benefits. After the course, highly-rated trainees will be supported with internships and have the opportunity to become official employees of 1Office right after graduation.
