And so, a 2021 full of difficulties and challenges has come to a close. We welcome 2022 with hopes for stability and an end to the pandemic.

We are very proud of this and see it as our joy and mission to continue serving you.
Over the past year, the entire 1Office team has worked tirelessly every day to meet your expectations. However, we are aware that this does not mean 1Office is perfect. We will have to strive even harder to be a long-term partner on your digital transformation journey.
On average, we receive 1,500 tickets from customers each month. We value and carefully review every piece of feedback, always aware that this is what customers need to use the software more conveniently. However, we must also sincerely apologize for sometimes having to decline requests, as 1Office is committed to serving the majority of our customers with general solutions rather than prioritizing any single client. From the perspective of serving a diverse clientele, we hope for your understanding. We also want to take this opportunity to sincerely thank you for your feedback, which helps make 1Office better every day.
This past year, we launched several very important features for internal digital transformation, such as:
1. Perfecting and upgrading workflows:
- Added a form builder object, allowing for data aggregation and report exporting by form
- Allowing the creation and approval of related objects directly within the workflow
- Notably, integrating digital signatures to create a closed-loop operational process
2. Comprehensive upgrade of the CRM module:
- Smoothed out features
- Added and upgraded many new features and logic
3. Launched the Dashboard feature: This is a feature that took us over a year to release. It will act as a thermometer to measure business health from multiple dimensions.
4. Introduced a 24/7 support module for Customer Care: This greatly improves interaction and tracking of customer feedback.
5. Integrated and launched the digital signature feature: This is considered a major step forward, helping businesses avoid the need to purchase additional third-party software. Furthermore, the submission and digital signing feature is tightly integrated with business operations, creating a seamless experience for customers.
6. Launched the 1Office Care flexible salary advance feature: This is the first 1Office feature aimed directly at employees, helping them instantly solve personal financial challenges that arise before payday.
At the beginning of the new year 2022 and in Q1, we are also pleased to announce the upcoming launch of the following useful features:
1. Complete upgrade of the Document module (first week of 2022)
- Allows document synchronization with all other modules. For example, when you create a project, you can sync its documents to the document module, etc.
- Allows management of documents as legal texts
- Improved UX, smoother UI
2. Launch of the Official Dispatch Management module (first week of 2022): This is a module many customers have long been waiting for, and we will release it in the very first days of the new year.
- Manage outgoing, incoming, and internal documents
- Manage the publishing process for outgoing documents
- Submit, digitally sign, and issue documents
- Synchronize dispatches with documents
3. Launch of the notification management feature: Currently, the number of notifications on 1Office is excessive, sometimes bothering users. We will release a feature to help users manage the notifications they receive.
4. Comprehensive backend upgrade related to Excel functions, thereby improving a series of features such as payroll, KPI, reporting systems, etc.
5. Special upgrade of the super feature “Customize Field”: This feature allows users to define, add, or remove data fields and permissions for each piece of data. It will solve a series of problems related to differences in record storage among various businesses and industries.
