1OFFICE LAUNCHES DX100 PROJECT IN BA RIA – VUNG TAU PROVINCE WITH A SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE FOR 500 BUSINESSES VALUED AT 18 BILLION VND

At the Conference on Supply and Demand Connection for Information Technology Products and Services Serving the Development of Digital Government, Digital Economy, and Digital Society in the Southeast Region, 1Office Joint Stock Company collaborated with the Department of Information & Communications (D&IC) of Ba Ria – Vung Tau province to launch the DX100 project – 100 days of comprehensive digital transformation companionship with provincial businesses. According to the agreement, 1Office will provide a one-year free subscription to the 1Office software for 500 businesses in Ba Ria – Vung Tau province.

On the morning of November 24, 2023, the Department of Information & Communications of Ba Ria – Vung Tau province, in coordination with the Authority of Information Technology (IT) and Communications Industry, organized the Conference on “Supply and Demand Connection for IT Products and Services Serving the Development of Digital Government, Digital Economy, and Digital Society in the Southeast Region.” The conference was chaired by: Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tuyen (Deputy Director of the Authority of Information Technology and Communications Industry, Ministry of Information & Communications) and Mr. Do Huu Hien (Director of the Department of Information & Communications of Ba Ria – Vung Tau province). Additionally, the conference was attended by leaders of the Departments of Information & Communications from provinces in the Southeast Region; leaders of relevant departments and sectors of Ba Ria – Vung Tau province; representatives from the leadership of the Small and Medium Enterprises Association; and representatives from the management boards of the provincial industrial parks.

At this event, 1Office introduced the DX100 program – offering a one-year free subscription to the 1Office software for businesses in Ba Ria – Vung Tau province (applicable for 20 users per business). This is a special offer from 1Office for 500 businesses in the province. 1Office hopes this project will create favorable conditions for local businesses to successfully implement digital transformation in the new era.

Speaking at the conference, representatives from several telecommunications companies, management agencies, and scientists also presented papers on various topics related to the formation and development of data centers; digital transformation solutions for seaports and logistics; model and smart industrial parks with an ecological orientation and IT application in management; and digital transformation in tourism… Among them, 1Office representative – Mr. Ho Hoang Duy (Head of Digital Transformation at 1Office) contributed to the discussion session on “Digital Transformation for SMEs in Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province and the Southeast Region.”

According to the DX100 program, 1Office offers a sponsorship package specifically for businesses in Ba Ria – Vung Tau province as follows:
+ 1Office will sponsor the cost of a one-year subscription to the 1Office total enterprise management solution for 500 businesses in Ba Ria – Vung Tau province (Applicable for up to 20 users). The total funding sponsored by 1Office for the project is 18,000,000,000 VND (18 billion VND).
+ 1Office commits to providing centralized training and accompanying businesses during the 100 days of digital transformation.
+ 1Office will support businesses for one year of using the solution through a ticket system.
Additionally, 1Office will coordinate with agencies in Ba Ria – Vung Tau province to organize conferences and events to provide and supplement knowledge on digital transformation and enhance management skills for businesses in the cities, districts, and towns of Ba Ria – Vung Tau province.

The event marks an important first step in the long-term cooperation journey between 1Office and Ba Ria – Vung Tau province, focusing on promoting the development of the digital economy and digital society. 1Office is determined to accompany local businesses in accessing and understanding the application of digital technology to optimize operations and management, creating an effective digital workspace within enterprises.
