ANNOUNCING NEW FEATURES IN 1CHAT

Dear valued customers,

1Office would like to sincerely thank our valued customers for your trust and for using our services. With the desire to improve product quality and provide you with a better experience, we are constantly researching and developing new features and utilities. In this upgrade, we are adding several new features to 1CHAT.

Scheduled upgrade time: 18:00, October 05, 2023.

Below is a list of the new features added to 1CHAT:

• Create online meeting rooms: Quickly create and view events and schedules directly in the chat.
• Quickly create and track tasks directly in the chat.

• Block members in a group chat: Remove and block members from joining the group chat.
• Prevent leaving group: Prevent members from leaving important groups, ensuring they don’t miss out on group tasks.
• Send voice messages: Allows sending voice messages to convey information quickly when needed.
• Assign group management permissions: Administrators can grant permissions to group members based on pre-configured roles in the system.
• Quickly create a group from a 1-on-1 conversation: Quickly create a group chat from a 1-on-1 conversation for work. More flexible for new projects with a minimum number of members or when participants have not yet been assigned.
• Disband group: At the end of a task/project, administrators can disband the group and create a new project chat, helping to reduce the number of group chats.
• Drag and drop files into the chat box: Easily add files from your screen into the conversation.
• Enhanced document sharing via chat: Allows sharing documents from the Documents module to a chat.
• Link preview: Displays a link with a preview image showing the content of that link.
• Polls: Helps you create questions so that group members can easily vote together fairly.
