And most recently, 1Office successfully raised millions of dollars from the Japanese human resources group Mynavi, valuing the company at tens of millions of dollars. The new capital will be focused on product development, enhancing user experience, and perfecting connection models with the digital transformation systems of government agencies such as insurance and tax… 1Office’s vision is to become the number 1 business management solution provider in Vietnam with 1 million users by 2025 and to expand into foreign markets.

Talented individuals accompany 1Office on its journey to the world’s “great sea”
“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” Any corporate “ship” that wants to “reach the great sea” needs the combined strength of a passionate team with a shared passion and a commitment to continuously improving their professional skills.
Steadfastly heading towards new horizons, “Captain” Le Viet Thang decided to expand and standardize the personnel system and add “talented individuals” to help steer the 1Office ship through challenges to conquer the open sea. That is also the reason why 1Office Joint Stock Company decided to appoint a new Chief Operating Officer. This important responsibility was assigned to Ms. Pham Thi Thu Ha.
From June 1, 2023, Ms. Pham Thi Thu Ha officially became the new leader of the 1Office team, in charge of the Implementation, Customer Care, and Recruitment divisions. It is known that Ms. Pham Thi Thu Ha has over 20 years of senior management experience, having been the COO of several BigCorps and having a successful 12-year career with FPT (including many years as the group’s chief of staff) before joining 1Office in her new role. With proven abilities, extensive experience, and a long-term commitment to “sail far from shore,” Ms. Ha has officially become a core member of the 1Office leadership team.
The decision to appoint a Chief Operating Officer at this time is a step forward in upgrading the operational apparatus to be more professional and systematic, “gathering wind to create a storm” to help 1Office advance faster and further, lifting the wings of the 1Office “eagle” not only to spread wide in the “land of cherry blossoms” but also to set foot in many other countries on the world’s technology map.
