OPTIMIZING MANAGEMENT – DIGITALIZING OPERATIONS: A STRATEGIC MOVE TO ELEVATE NOVAGROUP’S POSITION
On the afternoon of February 25, 2025, 1Office and NovaGroup officially kicked off the “E-Office System Implementation” project. This is an important milestone marking a new transformation for NovaGroup in 2025, demonstrating the Group’s comprehensive vision for digital transformation and optimizing business operations.
With over 30 years of development, NovaGroup has risen to become one of the leading multi-industry economic groups in Vietnam, operating in various fields such as Real Estate, Tourism, and Entertainment. With its diverse ecosystem, NovaGroup is constantly innovating, creating sustainable values for the community and the national economy.
The kickoff ceremony was attended by the leadership teams and experts from both companies. From NovaGroup, the ceremony was attended by Ms. Pham Thi Hong Nhung – General Director, Mr. Ngo Thanh Danh – Head of the Digital Transformation Team, and other team members. From 1Office, attendees included Mr. Le Viet Thang – CEO, Ms. Pham Thi Thu Ha – Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Phuong Van Thinh – Head of Sales, and members of the project team.
Based on its operational narrative and management challenges that need to be addressed, NovaGroup has decided to prioritize the application of key features within the 1WORK and 1HRM modules of 1Office. Accordingly, the specific implementation items include:
- Master data: Visually map the entire organizational structure and employee information
- Task management: Optimize the process of assigning, monitoring, and reporting progress, while enhancing the efficiency of inter-departmental coordination.
- Approval management: Establish an automated matrix, enabling online approvals to shorten processing time, minimize errors, and enhance transparency.
- Document management – incoming/outgoing correspondence: A centralized system ensuring quick retrieval and maintaining a seamless flow of information between departments.
- Performance management (KPI, OKR): Support for setting, tracking, and automatically evaluating performance, helping to define clear goals, measure accurately, and optimize work efficiency.
With this collaboration, 1Office is expected to create a major breakthrough in NovaGroup’s management processes, helping the Group optimize its operating model and continue to affirm its leading position among multi-industry businesses in Vietnam.
