TNH International Hospital officially deploys the 1Office platform – Accelerating digital transformation, moving towards a “smart hospital”
As one of the leading private healthcare systems in Northern Vietnam, TNH International Hospital is gradually realizing its vision of building a “smart hospital” model – efficient, safe, and patient-centric.
On May 29, 2025, TNH collaborated with 1Office to hold a kick-off ceremony for the implementation of the 1Office comprehensive management platform. The ceremony was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Thi Hong Van – Director of TNH Hospital, Mr. Vu Thach Hien Giang – Deputy Director of Viettel Thai Nguyen, and Ms. Luong Thi Ngoc Anh – Representative of 1Office Joint Stock Company. The event marks a significant step forward in the hospital system’s comprehensive digital transformation journey.
As it expanded its scale and developed its system, TNH International Hospital recognized the need to replace traditional management methods such as assigning tasks via text messages, scattered paperwork, or direct communication due to the potential risks of loss, difficulty in tracking, and lack of synchronization. With a strong orientation towards technology application, TNH chose 1Office – a modern, flexible platform that utilizes Low-code and integrates AI, meeting the requirements for standardization and sustainable expansion in the healthcare environment.
From the outset, 1Office has helped TNH digitize its entire process of task assignment, approval, and official document handling. Every task is clearly recorded with a specific person in charge, deadline, and priority level. The electronic signature system helps eliminate paperwork and shorten processing times. Additionally, thanks to the low-code platform, TNH can easily build standardized process templates tailored to its industry’s specific needs.
In the next phase, 1Office will continue to partner with TNH to implement artificial intelligence (AI) features such as: automatic meeting summaries and task assignments, capability-based assignment suggestions, workload forecasting, automatic generation of executive reports, and proposing optimal processing workflows based on historical data.

Prof. Dr. Pham Thi Hong Van highly praised the technological potential that 1Office brings and expressed her hope for an efficient and transparent operational model, where technology plays a role in helping people work better, faster, and more safely – true to the spirit of a future “smart hospital”.
