Process Automation – The Backbone of Digital Transformation

Recently, in Ho Chi Minh City, Mr. Le Viet Thang – CEO of 1Office attended the two-day Biztech Vietnam 2023 event (July 6-7, 2023). At the event, CEO Le Viet Thang delivered a presentation on “Process Automation – The Backbone of Digital Transformation” to show businesses how to optimize their digital transformation to “level up” their operations.

The event fostered connections and provided digital transformation consulting between experts, digital technology companies, and user enterprises, creating a festival of promotional offers for digital transformation solutions. The digital technology companies at the event pledged that the digital platforms and solutions participating in the program were committed to offering the best incentives for businesses.

Biztech Vietnam 2023 focused on the theme “Connecting for Cooperation – Breakthrough Growth“, featuring 7 conference sessions with nearly 50 speakers and experts, 20 exhibitors, dozens of promotional digital platforms and solutions, and attracting over 1,000 delegates who are leaders of businesses and organizations.

The program aimed to promote and support the transformation of the business sector, thereby contributing to the development of the digital economy. Biztech Vietnam 2023 garnered significant interest from state management agencies, especially concerning businesses looking to undergo digital transformation. It focused on optimizing business operation processes to achieve maximum efficiency for each department.

At the event, Mr. Le Viet Thang – CEO of 1Office Joint Stock Company, shared insights on business process automation with the theme: “Process Automation – The Backbone of Digital Transformation”. At the Biztech 2023 event, Mr. Nguyen Van Khai, CEO of TIN Holdings, shared his company’s digital transformation experience. According to Mr. Khai, the peak of their difficulties came when TIN Holdings faced challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic.
