The webinar “STREAMLINE PROCESSES – OPTIMIZE OPERATIONS: GROWTH DRIVER 2023,” co-organized by 1Office and Agile Academy, took place on February 16, 2023. The online seminar addressed the importance of operational processes for every business, proposing technology solutions to optimize operations and create momentum for breakthrough growth in 2023.
In the current difficult economic climate, most businesses have recognized the need to change their management methods to increase productivity and reduce operating costs, transitioning from manual management to applying technology. However, many businesses are still struggling to access and apply suitable technology to their own management systems. Specifically, they are “stuck” in a vicious cycle where working hours increase, financial tracking and management are difficult, leading to cost leakages, and inefficient human resource management results in the loss of talent.
Understanding the concerns and difficulties businesses face in digitizing operational processes and the desire to “untie” the remaining knots, 1Office and Agile Academy proposed a discussion topic closely aligned with the interests of business leaders.
Held online on the Zoom platform, the webinar Streamline Processes – Optimize Operations: Growth Driver 2023 attracted the interest and attendance of representatives from businesses and corporations nationwide – CEOs, Directors, and Managers who are truly expecting development and breakthroughs in their company’s operational systems.
The webinar “STREAMLINE PROCESSES – OPTIMIZE OPERATIONS: GROWTH DRIVER 2023” was led and presented by two speakers representing 1Office and Agile Academy: Mr. Hoang Phan Bao Trung – COO of DEHA, Management Expert at Agile Academy, and Mr. Chu Tien Long – Co-Founder & Business Director at 1Office. Accordingly, knowledge about operations management and optimizing corporate governance systems was concisely and selectively shared with the participating business representatives.
According to Mr. Hoang Phan Bao Trung, the goal of optimizing operations management is to enable the business’s operational system to achieve high efficiency while using the fewest possible resources, thereby creating value in the form of products or services in the most high-quality and scientific way.
