This was the statement emphasized and considered a motto in the digital economy era: “If you don’t digitally transform, your business will sooner or later fail” at the Webinar Leader 4.0: APPLYING DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY – TRANSFORMING TO SEIZE OPPORTUNITIES organized by 1Office from December 9-10. The program provided optimal solutions to “untangle problems for leaders” by catching up with the digital transformation trend in business management.
Understanding the concerns of businesses in the digital age and managers who are still hesitant to fully and correctly grasp the widely popular concept of “digital transformation” today, 1Office introduced a “bullseye” discussion topic to answer the open question: “So how can a business transform itself, improve operations, enhance the quality of human resource management, and seize potential development opportunities?”.
The webinar was held for free online on the Zoom platform and live-streamed on Facebook, divided into 02 discussion sessions with 02 hot topics on business management that are most searched for today. The program attracted the participation and viewership of CEOs / Directors / Managers from businesses/corporations in Vietnam.
Session 1 took place from 8:30 AM on December 9th with the companionship of Mr. Nguyen Anh Nhat – Sales Manager and Ms. Tran Kim Hue – Sales Manager at 1Office, where we defined and learned about the topic “DIGITIZING PROCESSES AND OPTIMIZING OPERATIONS IN BUSINESSES” .
According to Mr. Nguyen Anh Nhat: “Many businesses fall into the ‘digital transformation trap’ when they have only applied a part of the technology but mistakenly believe they have completed the transformation journey,” therefore, businesses need to clearly understand the stages of digital transformation comprehensively.

The Webinar Leader 4.0: APPLYING DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY – TRANSFORMING TO SEIZE OPPORTUNITIES continued to receive anticipation and interest in Session 2, which took place from 8:30 AM on December 10th with a sharing from Mr. Pham Minh Phong – Sales Manager at 1Office on the discussion “DIGITAL WORK EXPERIENCE – ATTRACTING AND RETAINING TALENT IN BUSINESSES”.
Frankly stating the current state of ineffective human resource management in businesses that have not yet approached Digital Transformation, such as difficulties due to fluctuations in employee numbers, dispersed facilities making management difficult, issues related to labor competition, lax employee management/evaluation, slow updates on internal activities, etc., Mr. Pham Minh Phong proposed strategies to create a digital work experience for employees by building an internal communication culture, digitizing processes and tasks, and connecting personnel on a single platform.
More specifically, Mr. Minh Phong directly demonstrated how to use the system for human resource management from the HRM module and internal activity management through the Workplace module on the software.
