To improve product quality and provide you with a better experience, we are constantly researching and developing new features. In this upgrade, 1Office is updating/changing some new features for the Work module.

1. Splitting Work into 2 separate modules: Regular Work and Process Work
- Regular Work module: only displays regular tasks, not the process tasks you are involved in. This is similar to the Process Work module.
- This will make managing tasks easier.
2. Upgrading the “YOU ARE DOING” work screen for easier management and tracking
- By default, the task list screen will be displayed on the “You are doing” and “In progress” tabs.
- The system will automatically group the parent tasks and projects of the tasks you are performing into a parent-child tree for easy tracking. Therefore, this screen will not have pagination and will not sort when column headers are clicked.
- The “You are doing” task list will be sorted by Creation Date in descending order.
3. Upgrading the task list screen
- Allow updating/completing to-dos directly on the list screen.
- Add estimated progress. Display both estimated and actual progress directly on the progress bar.
- Add a “Deadline” column to the regular work list screen.
4. Adding an “Action” column to the process work list screen
- Allow completing Action, Approve Action, and Create New Object nodes directly from the process work screen.
- For tasks containing a “Create Object” step, the task will only be marked as completed after the “Create Object” step is finished.
5. Adding a “Custom List” tab to process work details
- Consolidate data from custom forms across all steps of the process work.
6. Changing the work settings screen
- Split the Work module settings into:
+ Working hours settings
+ Project settings
+ Regular work settings
+ Process work settings
+ Work categories: includes settings for Work Type and Work Unit
+ Work label settings
- Project settings: Add a setting for the list of personnel with permission to create new projects.
7. Other changes
- Add calculation methods for Phases:
+ Calculate based on the average completion percentage of tasks
+ Calculate based on the weight of implementation days
- Change the Work Evaluation form.
- The “Evaluate Work” action will only be displayed for tasks with “Pending Completion” or “Completed” status.
- Allow exporting files from the “Approve Action” step and from the “Approve” keyword in previous steps.
