HRM:
Timekeeping:
- Added a keyword for remaining leave days on the Timesheet to be transferred to the Payslip
- Added “Timesheet Action History” to track and manage timesheets
- Added “Applicable Objects by Department” in the Leave Settings
Payslip:
Allow selecting multiple rows on the payslip to delete at once
After editing the payslip configuration, keep the note information or display a notification if information will be lost upon editing the configuration
Employee Profile:
- Added more relationship options such as Aunt, Uncle, etc., to the Family and Dependents information section
- When an employee updates their profile information, added approval rights for branch managers so each branch can manage its own information
- On the Salary / Allowance update screen: Added more salary types: P1 Salary, P2 Salary, P3 Salary
- On the detailed Salary / Allowance display screen: Left-align the allowance columns
- Added a Reward & Benefit task: Effective Date || Benefit Name || Amount || Form
Schedule:
– Create new meeting rooms with 2 types: Meeting Room, Vehicle (Book a car)
- In Meeting Room, there are the following fields:
- Meeting room name
- Location
- Checkbox: Allow/Disallow meeting room approval
- Approver (If meeting room approval is checked)
- Equipment: Projector, TV, speakers, etc.
- In Vehicle (Book a car), there are the following fields:
- Vehicle name
- License plate
- Description
- View schedule by meeting room: Display meeting rooms and vehicles
– Meeting settings: Allow selecting an approver: after an employee creates a meeting schedule, if the meeting room requires an approver, the system will send a notification to that approver
Requests:
Overtime requests: Allow creating requests for multiple people with different overtime periods
CRM:
Inventory:
In product details, added information on the stock quantity in each warehouse
Sales:
- In the Quote details screen: added a checkbox to display by product group (if checked, products in the quote details will be grouped by product group)
- In sales orders: Added a payment information field when creating a new Order
Purchasing/Sales:
Added a linking object to connect Purchase Orders and Sales Orders
Purchasing:
- In Purchase Orders: Added conditions: “Product Group”, “Total Amount” in the purchase order approval process
- Purchase Requisitions: Allow approving multiple purchase orders
Customer:
- Added setting: Allow editing of care notes within a specified time frame: 1 hour, 12 hours, 24 hours, 36 hours, or unlimited. Editing will be disabled after the selected time has passed.
- Export Opportunity Data: add the following information
- Contact email
- Contact phone number
Payments:
Added a setting to allow creating receipt/payment vouchers when the full order value has been collected/paid. This applies to both receipts and payment vouchers.
