[1OFFICE] ANNOUNCEMENT: LATEST GPS APPLICATION UPDATE

1. Completely fixed all bugs from the previous version:

• GPS not updating in real-time.
• White screen error when the app is left in the system tray for too long.

2. Upgraded GPS accuracy: Ensuring more precise timekeeping locations than ever before.

Upgrade time: 10:00 AM, March 20, 2024

To use the latest GPS version, please visit the app store to download or update the 1Office software to the new version as follows:

• Google Play (Android) – Version 1.6.1
• App Store (iOS) – Version 1.6.0

Note:

• If you have not authenticated your device, please submit an authentication request to use the GPS Timekeeping feature.
• To perform GPS timekeeping, you need to grant Location access permission to the 1Office app.

GUIDE TO GPS TIMEKEEPING

Step 1: Authenticate device

Step 2: Go to Personal Page > Select GPS Timekeeping

Step 3: Select Location-based Timekeeping

Step 4: Update

After successful GPS timekeeping, the mobile screen will display as follows:

Note: The feature update process is performed periodically and will not affect customer data. After the specified time, the system will resume normal operation. We kindly ask our customers to take note of the update schedule to avoid any interruption to your business operations.
