1Office – BCONS officially launches digital transformation partnership

Recently, 1Office Joint Stock Company and Bcons Group officially kicked off their partnership in the digital transformation journey. The event was attended by leadership representatives from both sides, including Ms. Huynh Thi Kim Yen – Head of Sales, Ms. Dao Pham Tuyet Ngan – Consulting Specialist (1Office), along with Mr. Le Quang Dung – Deputy General Director, and Mr. Lam Bao Tinh – Deputy Director of the Control and Development Division (Bcons).

Operating in real estate, services, education, and logistics, while applying B.I.M technology in project management and construction, Bcons aims to standardize its services to international standards. However, with over 500 employees and a frequently changing organizational structure, the company still faces several management challenges, such as:
