Weekly Focus: Which digital transformation platform are small and medium-sized enterprises most interested in?

In its first week of implementation, SMEdx attracted 10,833 visits and 195 new accounts, 65.1% of which were small and medium-sized enterprises in need of digital transformation.

Statistics from the first week show that 1Office led in platform usage registrations, accounting for 19 out of 97 requests for digital transformation support and consultation from small and medium-sized enterprises on SMEdx. Following behind were MISA ASP and BKAV VALA. The percentages indicate a high demand from businesses for Enterprise Management platforms like 1Office and BKAV VALA, which made up 33% of the total registrations for digital transformation support and consultation.

Amidst the complex developments of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Ministry of Information and Communications promptly selected and announced “Make in Vietnam” digital platforms to support digital transformation for businesses in their production, business, and management activities, especially during the social distancing period near the Lunar New Year. Consequently, the announced digital platforms have demonstrated their advantages, helping small and medium-sized enterprises learn about digital transformation and discover suitable methods for their specific needs.

The program’s goal is to help 50,000 small and medium-sized enterprises gain access, with more than half of them getting to experience the digital transformation platforms for free in 2021.
