With the desire to improve service quality, bring efficiency to work, and provide a better user experience, 1Office is pleased to announce the addition of the new Training and Rewards – Discipline features to the Human Resources module.
1. Training Feature
Training is a new object within the Human Resources module that helps users manage the training process (internal or outsourced training) for each employee, position, or department.
Training course list: A summary of detailed training courses, with each course including information on:
- Training course name
- Training duration
- Training skills
- Training format
- Cost
- Instructors, trainees
- Training content
- Related discussions and attached documents.
Training course template: If you use repetitive or frequently applied courses, you can save the course information as a template on the 1Office system. From this template, you can create new Training Courses, reducing data entry when creating the courses mentioned above.
Reports, analysis: From the data on the system, reports and analyses on Training will be compiled and generated.
2. Rewards & Discipline Feature
The Rewards & Discipline feature, part of the Human Resources module, allows users to create and approve decisions on Rewards, Labor Discipline, and Internal Discipline. The outcomes of these decisions can be monetary rewards, certificates of merit, reward or disciplinary decisions, salary deductions, etc. (If it involves money or salary deductions, the results can be directly linked to the Payroll feature on the system for calculation).
Rewards: Helps users set up and manage reward decisions for employees in the company. Reward details include the following information:
- Decision name, Decision number
- Decision date
- Reward format
- Decision-making level
- Employee
- Bonus amount
- Status
- Reason
- Approval process
Labor discipline: Helps users set up and manage disciplinary decisions for employees in the company. The details of each disciplinary action include the following information:
- Discipline name
- Decision number, Decision date
- Decision-making level
- Disciplinary format
- Disciplined employee
- Status, Reason
Internal discipline: A list of internal disciplinary decisions, with details including the following information:
- Violation
- Violator
- Associated person, associated fine
- Effective date
Violation and Discipline Library: Create and save a list of regulated violations and disciplinary actions for internal discipline management.
Reports: Based on the above data, the system will compile and automatically generate reports on the following sections: Rewards, Labor Discipline, and Internal Discipline.
These are the new training and reward features upgraded by 1Office in the HRM module. In addition, we will continue to research, upgrade, and add more new features in the future.
