1Office sincerely thanks you for your trust and for using our services over the past time. To enhance product quality, we are constantly striving to research and develop new features to ensure that you are always served with the best product.
In January 2024, we have upgraded the following features:
1. In 1Chat, users can easily create topic-based chat groups from existing Groups/Discussions, invite members to join, and create flexible communities for sharing information.
2. In the Workflow module, a webhook has been added for the “Process Completion” event. When a workflow task is completed, the system will automatically send the process data to the URL that the user has configured in the webhook.
3. In the KPI/OKR module, filters have been added to the KPI review period, including:
  • Review periods requiring your plan approval
  • Review periods you have approved
  • Review periods where you finalize results
  • Your review periods
  • Your department’s review periods
  • Review periods you are following
This allows users to filter review periods as desired.
4. In the Training module, a feature has been added to add learners to a training course, allowing users to add learners directly without having to edit the course.
5. In the Performance Review module, a “Very Important” weight has been added when creating criteria. This weight indicates that the criterion has a very significant impact on the employee’s performance score.
6. In the Payslip settings, users can set the time frame allowed for discussing the payslip with the HR department.
7. In the BPA (Business Process Automation) module, a “Description” field has been added to note information about the meaning, purpose, and scope of use for the process, with a maximum of 500 characters.
8. In the Reports module, an “Asset Report” has been added to track the history of asset increases and decreases.
9. In General Settings, a discussion limit feature has been added, allowing users to set a time limit on the permission to edit/delete discussions by other users, which helps enhance content management and security.
10. In the Inventory module, an adjustment has been made to the cost of goods sold (COGS) calculation for product bundles. The COGS of a product bundle is now the sum of the COGS of all individual products within the bundle.
For example: A user creates a single product, a pen, with a COGS of 10,000 VND per pen. When creating a bundle of 10 pens, the COGS of that bundle will be 100,000 VND.
