1OFFICE SIGNS COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH DONG NAI PROVINCE’S DEPARTMENT OF INFORMATION & COMMUNICATIONS TO IMPLEMENT THE DX100 PROJECT

On November 2nd, the Dong Nai Provincial Department of Information and Communications (DIC) and 1Office Joint Stock Company officially signed a cooperation agreement to launch the DX100 project – 100 days of comprehensive digital transformation companionship for businesses. Dong Nai is the first province in the country to pioneer the response and implementation of the DX100 project.

Attending the signing ceremony, representing the Dong Nai Provincial DIC was Mr. Ta Quang Truong – Director of the Provincial DIC, and representing 1Office was Mr. Dang Van Ky – Co-Founder & Director of 1Office’s Southern branch.

According to the agreement, 1Office and the Dong Nai Provincial DIC have agreed to cooperate as follows:

1/ 1Office will sponsor the cost of a one-year subscription to the 1Office total business management solution for 1,000 businesses in Dong Nai province (Applicable for up to 20 users). The total funding sponsored by 1Office for the project is 40,000,000,000 VND (40 billion VND).

2/ 1Office commits to providing centralized training and accompanying businesses during the 100 days of digital transformation. 1Office will also organize online training sessions and provide digital transformation materials for businesses in the province.

4/ 1Office will support businesses for one year of using the solution through a ticket system.

In addition, Dong Nai province will coordinate with 1Office to communicate and promote the project’s activities to local businesses.

Previously, 1Office participated in the Dong Nai Province Digital Transformation Week 2023 and showcased its product, a business operations management solution. The 1Office booth attracted significant attention from guests, delegates, and experts.

This event was broadcast by Ho Chi Minh City Television in its news bulletin on October 17th. The television station affirmed: “With 10 years of development, 1Office accompanies the business community in implementing the national digital transformation program with a dual goal: developing a digital government, digital economy, and digital society, while also helping capable Vietnamese digital technology enterprises to go global.”

This collaboration is an important milestone, marking the beginning of the DX100 project and 1Office’s spirit of support and effort in accompanying sustainable digital transformation. In particular, this agreement demonstrates the determination to accompany the national digital transformation and help businesses access the digital transformation tools of Dong Nai province.
