Everest Securities JSC Kicks Off 1Office Implementation: “Going Public” with the Digital Transformation Trend

On the afternoon of December 9th, Everest Securities JSC (EVS), in collaboration with 1Office, held a Kick-off event for the implementation of its Business Management software at the EVS headquarters at 2A Dai Co Viet, Hanoi. This marks EVS’s official move to embrace the digital transformation trend, preparing to meet the challenges of 2023.

Mr. Lai Duc Long, Head of General Customer Service, shared that EVS hopes digital transformation will help both leadership and employees save time, increase productivity, and achieve leaner management with a tool that can be operated anytime, anywhere.

Additionally, EVS proposed other items for digitization to better align with the company’s current workflows, aiming to optimize and enhance the system’s effectiveness in human resource management. The 1Office representative discussed the implementation, training, support, and software management guidance phases. Mr. Pham Minh Phong, Sales Manager, stated, “1Office will standardize the data immediately upon receiving complete and accurate information from EVS. This will create consistency from the outset, making it easy to manage according to the company’s current methods. As a result, management will be simpler and more user-friendly for both administrators and department staff.”
