Kick-off Ceremony for the Digital Office Project between 1Office and Phuc Khang Corporation
On the afternoon of June 24, 2022, at the Green Gallery hall (District 1, HCMC), Phuc Khang Corporation held a kick-off event for the EOffice project in collaboration with 1Office for all staff from various departments to implement the digital transformation strategy across the entire corporation. The project is considered one of the major goals to help the business achieve sustainable development in the future.
The E-Office project is implemented following a roadmap to transition from paper-based processes to applying an intelligent, automated Information Technology system from 1Office. This allows departments to work online easily on any device and execute online approval commands with clear authorization based on the specific functions of each department. Thereby, it helps improve the work efficiency of individuals and teams and enhances collaboration between departments.
After the kick-off meeting, the E-Office project team was officially established and will analyze the requirements of each process to standardize them according to the issued system. Specifically, the project will have 8 standardized processes, including:
- Proposal approval process
- Procurement process
- Payment request and advance process
- Recruitment process, Leave request process
- Overtime (OT) process
- Review and approval process
- Contract approval process.
