Recently, Vietjet – the new-age airline leading Vietnam’s aviation industry – held a project kick-off ceremony to implement the Human Resource Management (1HRM) and Digital Office (1WORK) systems on the 1Office digital platform. The event was attended by the leadership and project teams from both sides, with Vietjet represented by Mr. To Viet Thang – Deputy CEO, and 1Office represented by Mr. Le Viet Thang – Founder & CEO, and Mr. Dang Van Ky – Co-founder & Southern Regional Director.

Facing the growing need for intelligent and efficient operations, Vietjet has chosen to partner with 1Office – an advanced digital management platform that utilizes Low-code technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI). This solution is not only flexible enough to be customized to Vietjet’s unique operational characteristics but also integrates easily with existing systems, ensuring synchronization and optimizing management processes.

Through this collaborative project, Vietjet aims to build a synchronized operational management system, automate workflows, and effectively meet future development needs. The system will contribute to increasing labor productivity, improving the employee experience, and providing accurate, flexible management reports to support effective decision-making.
