VinFast Phan Trọng Tuệ x 1Office – A Strategic Alliance to Build a Digital Office Management System
In a context where speed and data have become core competitive advantages, businesses not only need excellent products but also an operating system smart enough to stay ahead. With that vision, VinFast PTT – an official authorized dealer of VinFast Vietnam, under Phuong Anh Holdings – has decided to implement the 1Office comprehensive management platform.
According to a representative from VinFast PTT, the new system must simultaneously meet three requirements: integrated – flexible – optimized. Specifically, the solution must cover everything from human resource management to work coordination; integrate seamlessly with the existing infrastructure; and at the same time, help save costs, shorten processing times, and enhance the experience for all employees.
That is also the reason why VinFast PTT chose 1Office. With two technological pillars, Low-code and AI, 1Office allows businesses to design and adjust processes, forms, and reports flexibly without depending on the provider. In parallel, AI acts as a “digital brain” – automating tasks, analyzing data, forecasting trends, and suggesting immediate actions, helping leaders make fast and accurate decisions.
During the implementation phase, VinFast PTT chose two key modules: 1HRM (human resource management) and 1WORK (work management). The system allows for the digitization of the entire process, from employee records, timekeeping, shift scheduling, and payroll to task assignment, progress tracking, digital signing, and reporting. As a result, operations are tightly controlled, information is transparent, and performance is significantly improved.
With a scale of 1,000 employees, VinFast PTT expects 1Office to become the operational “backbone”, not only connecting processes and ensuring seamless data flow but also paving the way for a new operational standard in the automotive distribution industry in Vietnam.
