If a business is currently using a USB Token, can they use the 1CA digital signature?

Mr. Thang shared: “For commercial contracts, 1Office will integrate all USB Tokens to provide flexible operations for all participants. However, for businesses already using 1Office, the 1CA digital signature feature will completely eliminate the need for USB Tokens, as USB Tokens are an older technology and can only sign one document at a time, unlike 1CA which can sign multiple documents simultaneously. 

If a business is using HSM digital signatures from other providers, how will the integration with 1Office work?

Currently, 1Office is a distributor of digital signatures from 5 major providers: BKAV, VNPT, Viettel, CMC, and FPT. If your business uses digital signatures from these providers, the integration will be very quick and easy. 

After a document is digitally signed, how can we prove that it was signed by the correct person at that specific time?

Technologically, 1Office is committed to the Ministry of Information and Communications that each 1CA digital signature is linked to a specific account/entity. The signing information and timestamp will be saved on the 1Office system.
