Go-live for Time Attendance Management Software at 5S Fashion

The men’s fashion brand 5S FASHION, a part of Sado Investment Joint Stock Company, was established in 2019. Currently, 5S FASHION owns 140 showrooms nationwide with a workforce of up to 500 employees.

With over 5 years of operation, 5S FASHION has quickly become one of the leading men’s fashion brands in Vietnam. With its rapid growth, the company’s scale has also expanded, posing significant operational challenges, especially in areas such as: Human resource management, timekeeping, payroll, task management, etc.

Due to its large scale and wide distribution, information management became fragmented. 5S FASHION registered to implement two 1Office modules: HRM and Workplace.

• HRM is the human resource management module of 1Office, providing features such as: Employee profile management, timekeeping software, payroll, training management, etc.
• Workplace is the work management module of 1Office, providing features such as: Project management, task management, information exchange, etc.

The implementation was divided into 2 phases to ensure stable operations for the client. 1Office also upgraded a completely new feature: Flexible Shift Scheduling, to better meet the operational needs of 5S FASHION.

During the implementation process, 1Office collaborated closely with 5S FASHION to ensure a smooth and effective deployment. In the next phase, 1Office will continue to support 5S FASHION in implementing additional new features, as well as provide training and consulting services to help the client operate the system effectively.
