Overcoming difficulties to move forward

After 8 years of establishment and development, Midomax has been making clear strides on its journey to build the Kamito sports brand with outstanding products in sports such as: soccer, badminton, table tennis… The company’s products are trusted by professional clubs, national teams, and are widely loved and used by players.
“Safe Sports – Superior Quality” is Midomax’s working principle. Midomax’s mission is to provide sports players with products that are not only high-quality and durable but also safe.
To realize that mission, right from its early days, the Midomax management team determined that they needed to standardize management by applying 4.0 technology in the company’s operations. Midomax identified digital transformation as a prerequisite for the company’s operations to become more professional, meeting business development needs as well as the increasing scale of personnel and the expansion of branches. Midomax has a well-defined investment orientation and roadmap to digitize and optimize all processes, building a professional working environment to create a solid foundation for “explosive” growth in the future.
Currently, in addition to its main headquarters in Hanoi, Midomax has expanded to 4 branches, 2 representative offices, and over 1000 dealers nationwide and in Southeast Asia. Due to its large scale, the human resources department previously faced difficulties with manual timekeeping. There were errors in recording employees’ working hours. It took a lot of time to process manual timekeeping as staff had to record attendance information, calculate working hours, and verify the accuracy of employee work.
The biggest difficulty for Midomax was manual timekeeping; tracking and controlling attendance could be challenging, prone to subjectivity, and required handling many special requests (compensatory leave, annual leave, OT requests, salary rules, deductions…). This is one of the many reasons Midomax was facing in its operational system and turned to 1Office to address the “root cause”.

In addition, 1Office provides a toolset that helps optimize operations, save costs and time, and improve work performance. The implementation, driven by the high determination of the management and staff, led to the successful application of 1Office at Midomax, helping to enhance work efficiency and create a comfortable and modern working environment.
Midomax’s “Transformation”
After implementing the 1Office software, everything became easier, from looking up information to shortening the time and minimizing errors in timekeeping consolidation (Previously, consolidating timekeeping took 4-5 days; now it only takes 2 days). Additionally, the employee experience improved; each employee is proactive, self-monitoring, and aware of their own work schedule. Error handling and feedback are faster, requests can be made directly on the phone, and approved requests are automatically linked to the timesheet and payroll. The analysis and reporting capabilities provide quick and accurate data aggregation, with visually appealing and scientific charts. Security is high, as payroll data is permission-based and centrally managed.

In this process, tracking progress and providing personalized customer care is very complex. Pre-sale, during-sale, and post-sale stages must all ensure satisfaction.
