1Office and Bien Hoa City drive digital transformation for small and medium-sized businesses
On November 25, the People’s Committee of Bien Hoa City organized a seminar on “Business Digital Transformation – Enhancing Competitiveness in the Digital Age.” This program is part of a series of activities in response to the National Digital Transformation Day and Dong Nai Province’s Digital Transformation Day in Bien Hoa City.
The event was co-organized by the Department of Culture and Information of Bien Hoa City, the Bien Hoa Youth Union, the Bien Hoa – Vinh Cuu Regional Tax Department, Mobifone, along with 1Office, VNPT Dong Nai, and NPM.
The seminar aimed to widely disseminate the role, benefits, and importance of digital transformation to all businesses, employees, and citizens in the city. This promotes the application of technology to upgrade and develop payment infrastructure and cashless payment services, while also supporting businesses in Dong Nai province to access and effectively apply technology solutions to achieve digital transformation goals in management and operations.
The seminar was attended by leaders from the Department of Planning and Investment, the Department of Industry and Trade, the Department of Information and Communications, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, as well as delegates and over 200 businesses in the city.
Accordingly, digital transformation today is no longer a trend but a mandatory requirement for any business, organization, or unit that wants to survive and grow. It is also considered a driving force for promoting the digital economy in Bien Hoa City in particular and Dong Nai province in general, a strategic task that the entire system is focusing on implementing.
At the seminar, leading industry experts will share the opportunities and challenges that businesses face when adapting to new trends, highlighting the significance of applying technology in business operations, and providing detailed advice on roadmaps and implementation methods suitable for each business’s scale and operating model.
