This past March 3, 2021, 1Office and Colorful Plastic Co., Ltd. held a partnership signing ceremony. 

Attending the signing ceremony were Mr. Lam Nhi – Director of Colorful, Mr. Nguyen Tan Hiep – Assistant to the Director, and representing 1Office was Mr. Dang Van Ky – Director of 1Office’s Southern branch.

1Office provides a comprehensive business management solution, while Colorful is a company with many years of experience supplying color masterbatches, pigments, and additives for the plastics industry.

1Office accompanies Colorful in its future development strides

Under the agreement, 1Office will provide Colorful with a comprehensive management platform for HR, covering timekeeping, payroll, and work management, to support Colorful in making breakthroughs in its next development phase. 

With a workforce of over 200 people, Colorful has a dynamic sales team that quickly grasps market demands. The support from 1Office’s digital transformation software will enable fast, timely, and effective information exchange between the sales team and the back office. This will be a boost that helps Colorful minimize paperwork-related tasks to focus on its business and provide even faster service to its customers. 

Specifically, using 1Office’s HRM helps reduce the pressure on the HR & Admin and accounting departments at the end of the month regarding personnel information management and automatic payroll calculation. It also allows each employee to immediately check their work shifts and not “forget” whether they have clocked in or not. In addition, 1Office’s task feature has provided excellent support to Colorful’s team members for assigning, receiving, reminding, and reporting on tasks in detail.
