Geleximco Golf Company’s Digital Transformation with 1Office: Streamlining Processes, 3x Employee Productivity
On the morning of January 14th, the kickoff event for the implementation of the 1Office Business Management software by Golf Geleximco Hoa Binh Co., Ltd. was successfully held at the Hoa Binh GOLF course. The project is considered a transformative step towards building a solid corporate governance structure for Geleximco Group in the future.
GELEXIMCO Group, formerly known as Hanoi General Import-Export Co., Ltd. – GELEXIMCO, was established in 1993 under a decision by the Prime Minister with an initial charter capital of 3 billion VND. Today, GELEXIMCO has become one of Vietnam’s most powerful private economic groups – with an owner’s equity of 14,500 billion VND; total assets of 52,000 billion VND, creating stable jobs for over 9,000 employees.
Established and officially operational since January 2021, Golf Geleximco Hoa Binh Co., Ltd. is responsible for managing and operating all golf courses invested by Geleximco Group, with Hilltop Valley golf course being the first project in a series that includes other courses under construction in Hai Phong and Lao Cai.
With a workforce of over 500 employees, Golf Geleximco Hoa Binh has always focused on developing its management system to achieve optimal work efficiency, helping the human resources apparatus operate productively and control all necessary tasks. Therefore, they turned to 1Office with the goal of digitally transforming Geleximco to optimize the corporate governance structure in all aspects, from human resources to work management.
The kickoff ceremony was attended by representatives from Golf Geleximco Hoa Binh: Ms. Nguyen Lan Phuong – Chief Accountant of GELEXIMCO, Ms. Ngoc – HR Specialist, Mr. Viet – Asset Manager, Mr. Chung – System Administrator, and Mr. Hung – Operations Manager of Golf Hoa Binh.
Also present was the 1Office product implementation team: Mr. Chu Tien Long – Sales Director, Mr. Le Anh Duc – Solution Consultant, Mr. Dang Quoc Dung – System Administrator, Mr. Le Dinh Hung – Implementation Leader, and Ms. Trinh Thi Lan – Implementation Specialist.
At the signing ceremony, the 1Office representative provided basic information about the 1Office Business Management Software as well as the feasibility of this project. Accordingly, with its trio of features for human resource management (HRM), sales management (CRM), and work management (Workplace), 1Office will help Golf Geleximco Hoa Binh digitally transform and resolve outstanding issues in managing its staff and work items across the entire system.
With this collaboration project with 1Office, the management of Golf Geleximco Hoa Binh expects to eliminate manual HR and work management processes, optimizing the operational system from timekeeping and payroll to task assignment and progress tracking for the staff. This will create unprecedented digital experiences for the workforce.
