HR Tech – A Powerful Tool in the Race for Talent

On November 2nd, 1Office participated in the Vietnam’s Startup Technology – LIVE webinar (the second time) on the topic of HR Tech. This event was organized by Jetro, the Japan External Trade Organization under the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan. Since 2021, JETRO has collaborated with various Ministries, Departments, Sectors, and investment funds to organize nearly 30 webinars, with 150-200 Japanese businesses interested in investing in the Vietnamese market participating in each session.

Within the framework of the event, Mr. Chu Tien Long, Business Director of 1Office, shared practical insights on attracting and retaining talent through digital experiences.

According to speaker Chu Tien Long, the strong wave of technology and digital transformation, along with major changes in the labor market, has placed significant pressure on businesses still applying old management methods and mindsets.
