Continuously improving quality and diversifying its menu, Phuong Nam Restaurant now offers over 50 dishes that carry the unique identity and hallmark of the Southern people. Moreover, with the criterion of bringing the true “breath and soul” of native dishes, along with the meticulous cooking of the head chef, all ingredients for dishes at Phuong Nam Restaurant are transported from the South to Hanoi, ensuring freshness and quality. Currently, Phuong Nam has 4 locations in Chua Lang, Mai Hac De, Le Van Luong, and Dich Vong Hau streets in Hanoi, as well as a team of over 100 young, dynamic, and enthusiastic employees.
